As You Are Sessions is a project created by Audio/Visual duo Allie Lingren and Maggie Ball. Our aim is to capture intimate, live music performances in Austin, Texas. Our first video is of Allie's solo project, "lingren", singing their hauntingly beautiful song "anonymous hands" in their living room.

Documentary Project for East Austin Stories
This documentary project began after watching a news story of a local East Austin piñata shop torn down to make room for a for-profit parking lot in preparation for SXSW, with all their merchandise still inside. Beginning at the site of the wreckage, local activists protesting another sign of gentrification in the city, we explore the story of a community struggling against a changing city.
